Our coolers are made from rotationally-molded LLDPE plastic, with even wall thicknesses for durability. Each hard-sided cooler is pressure injected with up to two inches of polyurethane foam for optimal insulation. The lids are sealed with a rubber gasket to trap cold air inside and extend ice life. All our hard-sided coolers are IGBC Certified Bear-Resistant for added safety.
